| Making A Purchase |
| Making a purchase is easy. Just browse the website and add the letters that you wish to buy into the shopping basket, remembering to carefully complete the details of the letter to your loved one. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. |

| We accept credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from abroad, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. |

| Delivery Schedule and postage costs |
| All letter orders placed before November 30, 2007 will be sent out by first class post on December 1, 2007. After this date all letters will be sent out daily. Letters are sent by RoyalMail 1st Class and will be subject to normal Christmas postage timelines. The cost of postage is included in the price of the letter. There are no additional costs. |
