When will letters be sent out?
All letters ordered before December 1, 2007 will be dispatched on December 1, 2007, after this date we will despatch daily as orders are received. Do you send the letters for all members of a household together
Every letter is sent in its own envelope for personalisation, however we do always ensure that we send all of the letters to a single household (if ordered together) in one batch. Despite this, we cannot control what happens in the mail and occasionally they do get split up and arrive on multiple days. We will send you an email when your letters are being dispatched.
How are letters sent and does the price include postage
The price of the letters includes postage to anywhere in the world. Letters are sent by First Class RoyalMail. After the last posting dates in the UK, the price of the letters will rise by £4.50 and letters are then sent by Special Delivery.
How does the 4 for the price of 3 offer work
The 4 for the price of 3 offer will automatically be calculated at checkout. All discounts will be applied when you reach the checkout phase. 4 for the price of 3 is applicable for all orders, regardless of where you have your letter sent in the world.
Can I login and see the status of my order?
You can login to your account, by clicking the "My account" link at the top of the page. This will show you the status of orders you have made and allow you to double check the details of your order
What if I have made a mistake on an order I have placed?
If it is before December 1, 2007 simply use the form below entering your order ID (can be found in your account history by logging in and clicking on your order history) and the name of the letter details you would like to change along with the details of your change. After December 1, 2007 we are obviously working at packing letters very fast and therefore it is advisable to telephone with any mistakes to stop your letter being dispatched before your email reaches us.
